For the purposes of the regulations our data manager is the secretary of the Lodge who holds contact details of Lodge members and Guests requesting attendance at our Lodge meetings, Festive Boards, Lodge of Instruction or social functions.
NOTE:
If you contact us via this website and provide your deatils we will store these electronically and will pass them to the officers of the Lodge in order to contact you and answer your request and will store it until it is manually deleted from email and website contact records as appropriate to the nature of your enquiry.
We will not pass your information to any third party without your express consent.
